Jeff and I had never been to a Tulip Festival that either one of us can remember. It made for a nice change as we were expecting rain and were so pleasantly surprised that it was only cloudy and overcast. The variety of colors of course beg to be photographed. Jeff got off a few shots too on my camera. It was a nice change and held the promise of spring and the suggestion of change. Time for all things to begin anew.
